We are the original owners of this unit.  New batteries were installed this year.  Has dual ACs, fireplace, washer and dry prep, slide toppers and 20gal hot water heater.  The brakes have been upgraded to disc brakes. This unit does not have auto leveling. It has hydraulic front landing gear and electric rear jacks.  Original recliner rockers were replaced with power reclining theatre seating.  

I also have a 2018 Ram 3500 Laramie that can go with it as a package deal.  Asking $55k for the truck with 15,000 miles, air bags, B&W companion hitch, and sliding tonneau cover.  It is setup and ready to go and I wouldn't hesitate to take this rig anywhere in country.
