We are selling our wonderful Roadtrek only because we are not using it enough.  We've owned this vehicle since 2014 when it only had 7,500 miles.  The miles we've put on it are 90% highway miles.  The tires are fairly new with plenty of tread for the next owner, a front end allignment was performed on the unit in september of 2018 and the unit gets between 18-22mpg, depending on driving conditions.  It has a Magic Key Alarm System, both sets of keys and all the Manuals from the different items included in the build.

One of my favorite features of this Roadtrek that makes it very unique to others on the market is that it has the optional wardrobe added in lieu of the fourth captains chair.  One of the biggest complaints of Roadtreks is the limited storage space. This wardrobe is a HUGE bonus and it also has a slideout table that sets up in seconds, which keeps you from having to store and setup your dining table everyday!  It also has the optional zip up screen for the rear if you choose to sleep in the breeze!  Another optional item that was added to this build was a built-in coffee maker, which again is an awesome added feature as you are limited in countertop space and is also one less thing you have to store when traveling. The rear electric couch turns into a king size bed with a push of a botton, and theres lots of storage in the rear bulkheads as well as under the couch.
We also removed the front carpet in the cab area and added Weather Tech Floor Mats which are a huge improvement.  This also has a brake controller for safely hauling any of your toys. There is a slight surface rust spot where the furnace exhaust exits the unit, from condensation the furnace exhaust produces, and also on the lower part of the rear door, not bad at all but I wanted to fully disclose.

The unit is in great shape for its age and is ready for it's next owner!
