Second owner 28Z model.  Excellent condition with very low mileage(29K).  Two slideouts.  One slideout in the living area and the second is in the rear bedroom.  4K Cummins generator with low hours(under 300).  320 Watts of Zamp Solar panels with installed charge controller.  Pure Sin inverter installed under passenger seat to run non-generator power with 2 installed 6V batteries.  Saf-T Plus steering system installed.  Upgraded rear Sway Bar plus steering system makes this unit very easy to drive.  

Unique floor plan that sleeps 7-8 comfortably.  Couch in rear bedroom folds down to a queen sized bed.  There is also a drop down bed(with upgraded memory foam mattress) from the ceiling in the rear bedroom. When you're not using the bed, simply raise it to the celing and you create ample space in the rear bedroom for some TV watching. 

Full body paint with normal wear and tear.  Tires were replaced in 2018.  Installed rear camera which helps when towing.  Surround sound with subwoofer under the dinette area makes for theater type sound!  Fully installed in-motion satellite system that is compaible with either Dish or Directv.   

Does very well climbing the mountain passes with the low mileage V10 engine.  Receiver hitch is compatible with any tow-bar you choose.  

All appliances work well.  This unit has been treated great and winterized every year.  No leaks in the water/septic systems.  Waste and dump vales are in the basement and fully covered.  Lots of exterior storage.  Exterior sound system and cable hook-up if you want to bring the TV outside.  Exterior shower for those outside cleanups!  AC worked perfectly in the summer/fall of 2019!  Manual awning works great and all slideouts have slideout covers. Strip LED lighting on awning gives a lot of exterior light.  

This really is a perfect unit for any size family.  The engine and generator are just getting broken in.  There are many, many more years of great times to be had for the next owner!

Just replaced both 6V batteries today.  Heat and all other systems are working perfectly.
