We are selling our beautiful and dependable Coach House. These are hard to find since it is a small company in Florida that produces this brand.
We have had fun the past 7 years, but it's time to pass the torch. My wife and I both enjoy sharing the driving.
A previous owner upgraded the steering and it tracks straight. Besides built in auto leveling jacks, another great feature that we appreciate is the rear Firestone Ride Rite air spring suspension. Set the suspension on 75 pounds and it takes the load off the rear suspension allowing it to absorb the road bumps. This unit has 2 twin beds in the back. It's nice not to have to crawl over your significant other when needing to get up in the night. We like that the bathroom is between the bedroom and the living area. The living room has a slide out with a power sofa that converts to a queen. Coach House seems to cover the details. Even the rear hitch has wheelies that help when pulling into a driveway that has an oppisite grade than the road. We decided on the Ford E450 chassis over the Mercedes because the Ford has a much greater gross vehicle weight limit. It's just makes sense not to drive a vehicle at it's max rated capacity.  This was built on a Ford E450 2010 chassis witha GVWR of 14,500 pounds.
