Soldwaiting on check to clear.3/31/20 **** One owner, I bought it new. Sticker was 110k, new tires and hubcaps since I took pics on my last trip in Jan 2020, non smoker, 44k miles, (mileage will change as I continue to drive it) barn stored, walk around queen bed in bedroom, electric sofa bed in living room,  also loft over cab for sleeping or storage, Chevy vortec, tub shower combo, microwave convection oven , elec awning, vinyl floor, central vacuum.  Not a lot of bells and whistles to keep you in a RV repair shop. Very easy to maintain, park and drive. DVD CD player, Onan generator, 3 Tv's, lots of storage, tow car is a Miata, can buy separately,  slide toppers, windshield cover, roof vent covers, back ladder ,  loft has inside insulated snap off cover if you want to see the stars or sun, 3 burner propane cook stove, never leaked. If this wasn't such an amazing RV I would not have had it this long. I bought a 2nd home in WV and need a truck to help gradually move . I have it decorated like a beach house but have original bedspread and curtains.
I have the title. No special gas stations or special mechanics required.  Easy . can sleep 4-6(2 in bedroom, 1-2 on sofa bed and 1-2 in loft depending on size) I will be going back to WV once I have this house ready to list.thank you.be safe.wash your hands.
