We are original owners unit has been very well taken care of. Never had any major problems. It's in very good shape, new awning this year, new tires last year. Maintinance has be keep up annually. Lots of storage, great layout. Tows very easy with proper tow vehical. I towed with Silverado 2500HD Deisel with absolutely no problems. Everything in working order. Ton of storge space and cabinet space. Price includes 18K Reese slide hitch.
