Good tires with over 3/4 tread left. There are so many upgrades in this. It is equipped with the Aqua-Hot 4500 for endless on demand hot water! No more 5 minute 10 gallon showers while camping! Relax in your beautiful master bedroom which has ample closets and storage, a couch, TV, and King sized bed! It has a large corner shower, residential refrigerator, washer/dryer combo, convection oven, stove top, tile upgrades, solid counter tops. There are numerous sleeping arrangements for large families or guests (small jackknife couch, full size couch with pull out air bed, full size jackknife couch, and kitchen table that can turn into a bed. Tons of storage in here! 2 full pass through storage bays of which one has a sliding tray. 3 Air conditioners and heat pumps. The large 10,000 Onan Generator will power everything you need with ease. Repairs completed: new turbo, new air compressor, new air dryer, all new fuel filters, oil filter, air filter. All maintenance maintained. Generator has been completely gone through with new brushes, new motherboard, new filters. I am only asking for payoff as we can no longer travel. We traveled full time for over 2 years in this.
