This unit is currently on a lease lot on the North River outside of Beaufort, N.C The campground is listed as Coastal Riverside Campground , which can easily be seen from Google Earth.  It has a long pier for boat tie up and a two station fish cleaning area. There is also a boat ramp. This is a fishermans & kayak enthusiast heaven.
80% of the life of this unit has been under cover, and it has never been smoked in (ever).  New premium queen mattress just purchased last year.  It's a 4 1/2 hour drive for me to come down there and due to lack of time to spend , it doesn't make sense for me to keep it.  I spent about 12 nights in it last year.
It's a perfect solution for a couple or small family to have a place at the coast without spending a fortune..
