Water tank,new water heater,new microwave, new carpet,new flooring,new bunk beds,new king bed,new heavy duty 16" tires and rims,new brakes,new spare tire ,new awning,new toilet, new faucets, new blinds, new metal skylight covers, 2 a.c. units but only need a 30 amp plug because the second a.c. has it's own 110 plug. Heater . Torsion axles. I'm 6'3" and walk everywhere with ease even in the shower. 4 burner oven. Tons of storage. Surround sound system inside. Big than normal kitchen table slide out with new cushions. 13ft garage. My 4 seater side by side fits easily. This is like a enclosed trailer so it will last forever unlike a camper. Metal roof ,metal sides. You can legally ride in this going down the road and beings the frame is so strong you can pull anything behind it safely. I pull my 25ft boat behind it. It only weighs 10200 lbs. And pulls like a dream on the windy days because it is so low. One fold out step. Sleeps 6 adults and 2 shorter adults on the kitchen table area. You can get to everything even when the slide out is in. The gooseneck adapter is for short bed pickups. Only 1 battery runs every thing. Calls only. No trades.
