Excellent condition.  Feels brand new inside with no visible signs of wear. Smells good inside.  All recommended maintenance has been performed at regular intervals.  Roof has been maintained and caulked.  NO LEAKS.  Upgrades made to plumbing fixtures.  We love this unit, but no longer have a need for it.
