At any rate this machine is in pretty good shape and the new engine /drivetrain (read on) run like a sewing machine. It rolls down the highway smooth and in luxury.  
Here’s the scoop:

• EXTERIOR: Fairly clean overall stripes (decal tape by Airstream) replaced with automotive paint - color matched 
• Chrome aluminum (Alcoa) rims in good shape, little or no pitting 
• Tires replaced by previous owner at about 48,000 miles in 2014 (covered/protected from sun damage when used in hot climates) They have an average of a little more than 1/4” of tread remaining. 
• No corrosion to speak of but normal clear coat UV degradation that were custom repainted with automotive (all the gray on top, Finishmaster single coat product)
• Front and rear bumpers repainted 2019 with some rebuilding and filling with Great Stuff foam All the white area on the top was repainted 2019 with roof topcoat RV sealing paint (3 coats)
• All glass is in great shape minor stone chip with no spread left side front windshield 
• Drivers door power window was replaced 2019 with Lexan
• All auto lock lockers on the exterior work with a keypad entry next to the door that works fine
• All manual locking exterior compartment doors work but could use a little maintenance 
• Water, sewer, electrical connection hookup and work as they normal Has a 2” receiver but trailer lighting needs upgrading. I never towed anything  Both skylights replaced and updated in 2015 - good detailing no leaks Left drivers mirror auto controls work but passengers side is malfunctioning 
• Gas filler door and others rebuilt in 2018 Spot light works as normal with interior control 
• It has sun screens (black) for the three front cockpit windows (see photo or ask for photo) that button on the body and work very well to help keep the sun in hot climates. 
• I'm a busy guy so a smooth, easy and efficient transaction is of value. A discount is possible for someone capable and adequately funded.
