This 18 acre charming resort hosts 42 RV Sites of various hookups and has a natural 3-acre kettle lake that is over 100 feet deep. It also has 2 residential or visitor rental units and 4 camping cabins (a 5th is not finished yet). Guests also enjoy the new coin-op laundry machines and the family style bath house which has radiant floor heat and on demand hot water. For 2018, this business has already seen a revenue increase of over 30k for 2018. The new cabin is currently rented and the new sites have done well! There is still lots of potential for growth and increased revenue in this beautiful resort. They have a Tee Pee rental that still needs a deck to finish. There is room for 3 more Adirondack cabins and one more camping cabin, and the resort is approved for 4 more full 1-bedroom cottage rentals. Location
Nestled on 18 acres in one of largest growing areas in the west, this beautiful resort is a year-around park that sits in North Idaho, 30 miles from the Canadian Border and is on the direct route of the famous International Selkirk Loop. It is 22 miles north of Sandpoint, Idaho, 8 miles south of Bonners Ferry, and a couple hours to Glacier National Park, or Banff Park in Canada. It is the only Idaho route into Canada.
