Situated in the heart of the Black Hills, this campground sits on 23 picturesque acres on one of the most scenic roads in the country – Iron Mountain Road. Located just 1 mile from Custer State Park, 11 miles from Mt Rushmore and surrounded by Forest Service land, this park is an ideal spot for vacationers to experience the Black Hills.

The campground has 19 cabins as well as owner’s quarters (doublewide). 24 tent sites situated along the creek feature either primitive, electric or electric & water amenities. 38 RV sites – (15) full hookup, (14) 30 amp electric & water and (9) 50/30 amp electric and water along the creek. There is a dump station, shower house with laundry, and a portable toilet trailer.

Along with lodging, the park has a café, coffee shop and store (home of the Iron Mountain Road Visitor Center & Store) which provides a significant amount of income for the business. The business holds a beer and SD wine license that can be transferred to a new owner.

The park has 2 wells, multiple septic systems, Wi-Fi, pavilion, mini golf, playground, basketball & volleyball. There is also a huge maintenance shop with numerous tools, vehicles and equipment. The property has been well mai
