Lakeridge is located between The Giant Redwoods of Sequoia National Forest and Yosemite National Park. Pine Flat Lake is 30 miles long with 6,000 acres and is a major boating and fishing destination. 85 sites are rented year round with 25 sites having full hookups and the balance with water and electric. There are 25 full hookup RV sites occupied by 12 full time residents that rent for $285-$325 per month plus submetered electric, and 8 are Vacation Sites at $660- $720 plus electric. The balance of 80 sites are Vacation Sites with water and electric only rent for $600 per quarter. Camping rates for water and electric sites are daily $35, weekly $180, and monthly $440, and tents daily $25, weekly $150, and monthly $370. The park has 30 amp electric but “Main Street” with the 25 full hookup sites can be upgraded to 50 amp. The septic sewer system has enough capacity to put every site on sewer. The owner’s park model is included in the sale along with the manager mobile home and office mobile home. The office is also a mobile home and has living quarters that are currently not being used. Small store that is currently not being operated. Laundry and bathrooms building. The typical permanent resident keeps their RV trailer at the park year round and have a permanent structure covering their RV and also a structure covering their boat, houseboat, and/or wave runners.
