This is a very nice area of Missouri. We are 4 miles from the quaint little town of Savannah, Missouri and 3 miles from Saint Joseph Missouri.. This is a 32 site park. Has a clubhouse with game room, laundry, exercise room. Three ponds that are catch and release. Fully stocked. Owners home and a Bridal Venue. This is called The Old Rustic Barn and rents for $1500-$1800.00 weekly and stays rented. The RV park numbers are awesome due to the fact there are very few rv parks in the area so this helps us to stay full. Beautiful country setting.
