There are many pine trees on the property and also a pistachio grove, that produces! The 3 BR house with large office is offset perfectly from the sites and allows for amazing privacy. Plenty of outbuildings and a 2 car garage with huge storage areas on both sides. This is the place if you're looking for a quite park with tons of potential. Must see!
