The campground consists of 175 sites, 110 riverfront pads were built in 2008 and serve the local population. These sites typically are 85 - 90% occupied by seasonal/yearly local tenants. Remainder are daily/weekly/overnight. Over the years the local tenants have enjoyed amenities including a boat ramp and dock, laundry, showers and restroom, grocery store, river front deck, fishing lake and playground,

65 sites were added about 1 1/2 years ago to accommodate transient workers in the construction industry who are currently developing a $3.7B facility on 1700 acres for Nucor Steel approximately 25 minute drive time from the campground. According to Nucor, the full compliment of 2000 construction workers for the project will be on site by early 2025. Additional development is proposed for energy companies Fidelis, Midstream 2 Pipeline and Babcock/Willcox, all of whom have committed to the area at sites in the vicinity of the campground.
