Wine tastings and potlucks brought about a wonderful mix of people, annual and warm weather residents made me feel right at home. The campground has a wonderful family atmosphere and plenty of woods to explore as well as a lake loaded with bass and perch.

The Constitution Pipeline will begin construction in the Spring of 2016 and this park is right in the middle of the spread for this project. The time frame is estimated at 3 years and this park will be full in 2016.

The current owners purchased this in 2012 and absolutely enjoy the ownership and day to day operations of the business. Unfortunately, the other family business is warranting more of their time with the retirement of their parents and they cannot continue to spread themselves out over the two business.
