We are creating an RV park in the Canton, TX area. This park is located a few miles from First Monday Trade Days, the largest flea market in the US. Working with this concept, we created a planned opportunity with other elements for success.
This concept has been created to develop five different areas for additional investors. First is the Entertainment center. The RV park receives a lease from this. We have bluegrass, Zydeco, Jazz and the main venue.
Second, is the restaurant business. We have 15 different businesses including two main restaurants and several restaurants supporting the music venue and visitors. One is a paddle wheel boat converted to a restaurant. The other is a copy of Cracker Barrell.
Third, this is the agronomic area where we have four types of gardens. A greenhouse, outdoor garden, an aquaponics setup and container gardens made from shipping containers.
Compost area, which uses NOGMO Tea (an organic compost tea with ten ingredients) which uses rabbits and other ingredients to make the tea. We will take this compost and tea and sell them.
We also have a rides area, where we develop an area to provide rides for people to enjoy.
The concept is straightforward and provides a way for the RV park investment to be added to lease arrangements with the other parts of the project. The park receives rent from leasing spaces, 100 spots, for the RV’s and to also receive returns from leases for the agronomics, music, rides, compost, restaurants, and the main part of the project which includes providing stores for people to shop.
I have a team of professionals to manage the restaurants, stores and a director of music and events. My previous experience comes, in part from being President of local company.
