This RV Park in unlike any other RV park, it has 18 units and the RV is supplied to the renter, so it is like having 18 rental homes. Each unit is covered buy a steel awning for protection from mother nature and each unit comes with a 9’x12’ cover porch. All A/C units have been replaced with 2 new split units per RV, refrigerators have been replaced with new electric refrigerators, HW heaters are replaced with 30 gal units and all toilets are replaced with house toilets.

There is a full laundromat onsite, shed for parts, ConEx for general storage, well and backup water container.

I have had this for over 5 years and ALL the units are ALWAYS rented. Due to the changes I have made as describe from above, there is little to no work involved. This a perfect side business, side hustle, retirement business or a main source of income that clears ~$14,000 a month after taxes and maintenance.

Each renter pays $800 per month plus utilities (Electric, water, trash & sewer - Approx $80-140 per month)

So the big question: Why am I selling if it is so easy to maintain and stays rented. My father is retiring and wants to relocate. He helped me build this and I need to give him his share to start his retirement in a new location.
