With the current buildings they can and do stay open year around by serving hunters, ice fishermen, and snowmobilers for year around income. OPTION #1:
The Resort portion can be purchased fully equipped at $1,200.00

OPTION #2:
The campground portion can’t be sold before the resort portion is sold. The buyer of the resort portion has the “right of first refusal” to purchase within 36 months of the resort sale. If the resort buyer does not exercise his right to purchase within that 36 month period, then the sellers have the right to sell the campground portion to another buyer. The campground portion can be purchased for $600,000.00.
