Operation is a 60 site RV Park and campground, and a six (6) site mobile home park on about 7 acres. Includes a one (1) bedroom, 1 bath , single-wide mobile home. Either rent it out or live in it, as it's right across from the park office. We lived in it for 6 years, but have now purchased a 5th wheel, and stay right in the RV portion of the park.
