Situated on 15.21 acres in beautiful Cannon Beach, OR, Sea
Ranch Resort is an RV park & campground comprising 44 tent
spaces, 38 RV sites, and 8 cabins.

Sea Ranch is just 2.5 blocks from the beach and
downtown and is accentuated by the scenic Ecola
Creek which runs right through the park. The park
operates year-round, with slightly lower rates in
the off season.
Nestled between Seaside to the north and
Manzanita to the south, Cannon Beach on the
northern Oregon coast is a sought-after tourist
destination known for its scenic beauty. Iconic
landmarks like Haystack Rock and a picturesque
four-mile stretch of beach draw more than 750,000
annual visitors. Recognized as one of the "100 Best
Art Towns in America" and featured in National
Geographic as "One of the World's 100 Most
Beautiful Places," Cannon Beach serves as a key
destination on the North Coast, drawing substantial
tourist traffic and bolstering the local tourism
industry. The town offers a vibrant culinary scene,
plentiful unique shops, and numerous hiking trails
for outdoor enthusiasts. Sea Ranch is one of just a
few RV resorts in the bustling area.
Originally constructed in 1964, the park has grown
over time, with various buildings added between
2001 and 2010. Sea Ranch Resort offers exciting
amenities including an event lodge, a Danish sauna,
a scenic garden, general store with laundry room,
clean restrooms featuring hot showers, and WiFi.
All cabins feature a covered porch, fire ring, picnic
table, kitchen amenities, a double bed, and a
double futon. Some “deluxe” cabins feature an
additional single-bunk for even more sleeping
space. Of the 38 RV sites, 25 are full hookup while
the remaining 13 offer water & electricity only. The
RV sites are designed as semi-rustic spaces with
diverse power amperage options (15, 30, and 50
amps). The 44 tent sites are nestled among the
park’s trees and offer parking for one vehicle. Each
RV and tent site is appointed with a picnic table
and fire ring. There is plentiful wildlife throughout
the park thanks to an on-site horse stable & corral
as well as frequent rabbit and elk sightings.
While the park is well-maintained, there are multiple
opportunities to improve operations and increase
cash flow. Currently, only nightly reservations are
accepted. A new owner could begin accepting
long-term reservations for an easy income boost.
The on-site event lodge, store, and coffee bar are
not currently utilized — creating additional revenue
opportunities. With its ideal location and amenities,
a new owner could choose to market the park to
church groups, conferences, yoga retreats, and
more.
