amenities including an event lodge, a Danish sauna,
a scenic garden, general store with laundry room,
clean restrooms featuring hot showers, and WiFi.
All cabins feature a covered porch, fire ring, picnic
table, kitchen amenities, a double bed, and a
double futon. Some “deluxe” cabins feature an
additional single-bunk for even more sleeping
space. Of the 38 RV sites, 25 are full hookup while
the remaining 13 offer water & electricity only. The
RV sites are designed as semi-rustic spaces with
diverse power amperage options (15, 30, and 50
amps). The 44 tent sites are nestled among the
park’s trees and offer parking for one vehicle. Each
RV and tent site is appointed with a picnic table
and fire ring. There is plentiful wildlife throughout
the park thanks to an on-site horse stable & corral
as well as frequent rabbit and elk sightings.
While the park is well-maintained, there are multiple
opportunities to improve operations and increase
cash flow. Currently, only nightly reservations are
accepted. A new owner could begin accepting
long-term reservations for an easy income boost.
The on-site event lodge, store, and coffee bar are
not currently utilized — creating additional revenue
opportunities. With its ideal location and amenities,
a new owner could choose to market the park to
church groups, conferences, yoga retreats, and
more.
