The Maintenance Manager lives on site and is available 24/7 for the residents and owner. Current ownership also has plans submitted to the township for an expansion of large seasonal sites. Located just off of major interstate, Route 80, the resort attracts residents from Pittsburgh, Philadelphia, New York, and beyond.
