Mainly a "seasonal" style resort, 361 of the sites are designated seasonal sites. There are also 114 transient sites and 7 well maintained cabins. Being a seasonal community also allows an owner to collect all of the income over a six month period. A true "pride of ownership" resort, many residents have been here for many years. The Resort sits on an old farm and many of the original buildings still exist adding charm to the resort.
