30 space RV Park with an 11 door motel in Cascade, Idaho that was fully renovated this past year. 24 new self storage units in the storage yard with layout for 27 additional storage units and 31 covered RV bays, which is greatly needed in this area. The current storage units are 100% occupied with a waitlist.

The RV park has full hook-ups, a club house, laundry/bathroom building, two rental units/staff housing (beautiful log cabin home that could be owner/operator housing), propane sale station, and two fish cleaning stations. The rv park stays 90-100% full from May-October.

This is on approximately 6+ acres in a mountain resort town with highway frontage. The rv park and motel are both on city water and sewer.

This also includes the 1+ acres adjacent to the property. We had planned to either add additional rv spaces or build an extended stay motel wing. We decided to close from October 15-January 15 this year to give us time to operate other businesses that we have going.
