The area is quickly becoming the center of Off-Road Vehicles with an expanding demographic that is 5 times even larger than the Motorcyclist who comes all season not just during the rally. The Michelson Bike/Walking trail is a huge attraction with numbers growing each year!
We are within a 5-hour drive from Denver, 5 from Sioux Falls, 8 from Minneapolis, 8 from Omaha, and 10 from Kansas City. We can have 95 in the daytime and 60s at night as our elevation is 5,000'+. More full-timer RV'ers are choosing the area as there is no state income tax and it is an extremely business friendly state!
