Homestead RV is a very nice RV Park that's open year round. It is located in the center of the famous vacation destination of Maggie Valley, North Carolina where thousands and thousands of visitors come each year to spend from a week to three months and even longer.

Homestead RV Park is Located just off the beaten path and quieter than the other RV Parks in the area, yet very near the center of many activities and attractions in Maggie Valley. Also Homestead RV Park is also conveniently located only a few minutes from famous Interstate Highway I-40 that crosses the continent from East to West making Homestead RV Park all the more easily accessible to vacationers.

Open all 12 months of the year, Homesteadd RV Park can accommodate 40 foot and smaller RVs. Both 30 Amp and 50 Amp sites are available. Prices range from $550 to $600 per month depending on length of RV, location in the park, and the RV's Amperage, ie 30 or 50 amps. In the two most popular months of September and October the rates are higher.

Only one very small dog that does not bark is allowed. We are a quiet, 55+ senior adult RV Park and no illegal drugs or public drinking or drunkenness' are allowed. The only extra is for the electricity used each month. Water, sewer, and TV are all included in the Site rent.

We are close to famous Johnathan Creek where folks can go fishing, and we also have a little creek that runs the entire length of Homestead RV Park behind the RVs. Our backdrop is the beautiful Blue Ridge mountains that are part of the Smoky Mountains and very beautiful and fun to explore via the Blue Ridge Parkway only a few minutes away. Unlike most parks in the area we have many nice shade trees and those trees also put on a beautiful Fall foliage show in October every year and the "Leaf Peepers" have their cameras going.
If you are interested in buying Homestead RV Park, you can of course pay cash outright or we can set up an owner financed amortization plan for you to make semi annual payments. Also, a large down payment can be made and combine it with the owner financing and the amortization schedule of semi annual payments making buying the park very easy and convenient.
