Wagon Wheel consists of 104 lots [94 RV + 10 tent sites] and the sellers are in the process of converting it into a high-end horse camping destination.​ The park is serviced by private water and sewer, both of which are paid for by the park, and each site is individually metered with all new electrical hookups + subpanels.​ In addition to the 104 lots, there are 5 horse stalls, 2 house trailers, 1 park-owned mobile home, an accessory dwelling unit, apartment, cabin, and cape home, which brings the total count of rentable units to 116.​
