The RV resort will consist of 250- 280 RV & Park Model Sites, approximately 15,000 sq. ft. clubhouse with
bars/restaurant/gymnasium/game rooms, pools, tennis and pickle ball courts, dog parks, golf carts and other first
class amenities.

The property has been approved and entitled for 280 sites and unlimited Park Models as it will provide the owner of the resort with stable revenues in the form of seasonal permanency from locals, as well as, snowbirds and Canadians in the market for affordable winter or 2nd homes. Location is very attractive as it sits on SR 70, a major east/west corridor and 1000 feet from US 27, a major north/south corridor.
