The Flaming Gorge/Manila KOA is a 56-site RV park in Manila, Utah in eastern Utah located at the boarder of Utah and Wyoming. With easy access to some of the best fishing in the United States and top hunting, this park is a popular stop for travelers from mid-April through October. Campers have the options to stay on a nightly or monthly basis, in one of the seven cabins, under the stars in one of the nine tent spots or the newly added teepee.
The park consists of 39 total RV sites. While looking at the site map, Row A consist of eight sites. All sites provide 50/30-amp service with water and electric. All sites in row A are pull-through. Row C provides 17 total sites. All sites in row C are equipped with 50/30-amp service with water and electric. Seven of the sites in row C are used for seasonal campers. These seven sites are metered for electric. All sites in row C are back-in. Row D has 15 sites. Eight of the sites in row D are currently used for seasonal campers while six are used for nightly guests. All sites in row D provide 50/30-amp service with water and electric and are back-in sites. One site in row D holds the deluxe cabin. The deluxe cabin has a bathroom, partial kitchen, queen bed and bunk bed sleeping up to four. The seasonal sites in Row D are separately metered. In addition to the RV sites at the park, guests can stay in one of the six one-room cabins. These cabins provide guests with a queen bed and bunk bed and sleep up to four. In addition to RV sites and cabins guests have the option to set up a tent in one of the nine tent sites. All tent sites have electric and shared water. Lastly, campers can experience the Flaming Gorge/Manila KOA in a tee that sleeps up to five. All sites have a picnic table and fire ring.
Fishing in Flaming Gorge is extremely popular, boasting some of the best fishing in Utah. With a wide variety of species, it is great for all experience levels. In addition, fall hunting in the Ashley National Forest brings campers through the park. While there are wonderful activities for campers in the area of the Flaming Gorge/Manila KOA, the park provides guests with amenities when they are at the park. Campers have access to Wi-Fi, cable, laundry open 24-hours, a playground and dog park. Other amenities campers can enjoy are the convenience store, well-kept bathrooms and half-court basketball.
