accommodations provide guests with kitchenettes, cable TV,
wifi, and air conditioning. Also, onsite are a hostel-style
bunkhouse, six full-hookup RV spaces, three electric-only RV
sites, a bathhouse, laundromat and a large area for RV dry
camping and tent camping. In addition to the
accommodations, the property offers an office for guest
services, a workroom for staff and a maintenance garage for
equipment storage. The business is located on Main Street
within the town limits and is serviced by the city water and
sewer system. There is potential to expand income by converting the current seasonal business to a year-round operation and by adding additional RV sites (up to 18 more), motel rooms and/or cabins. Approximately one-third of the land area is undeveloped.
