Ponca City RV Park is a great RV Park, currently above 95% occupied. We have a great manager in place, Beverly (and her husband Don), who has been capable and efficient in running the park. Most of our customers are monthly tenants, and the average stay is about 6 months due to the refinery and Conoco in the area. They are extremely hardworking, all you would have to do is take over this RV Park (The Grow facility is included in the purchase price). This grow facility is on the grounds of the RV Park. It's currently growing over 200 plants per month of medical marijuana. It's secured with 10 ft metal fence, barb wire and security surveillance. It's fully equipped to provide the perfect environment for growing Medical Marijuana. Included are two 125 gallon filtrated water holding tanks, two CO2 emitting units, 45 grow lights, a nursery with mostly T-8 lights, two greenhouses and two indoor grow buildings. One is 16 X 60 and the other is 12 X34. The grow operation is worth over $200,000 alone. It can come with the plants currently growing if purchased by an OMMA licensed grower.
