The park has 24 sites. The park is very shady and has lots of green grass and nicely landscaped with flowers and plants. All the sites have 30/50 amp service and are individually metered. There is a 2 bedroom ,1 bath house and office, with full view of incoming and outgoing tenants, and a full view of a separate 1200 sq ft. shop, complete with bathroom, 2 over head doors, shelving, and work benches . It can be leased out, or used to store all your equipment, tools, golf cart etc. It has a very large patio on the end, for outdoor BBQ's, crawfish boils, or just relaxing. It has several tables, chairs, and a covered canopy. Also has 1 large Conex building for more storage if needed , or rented to tenants for storage. Also has 3 covered outdoor areas through out the park, to store miscellaneous items.
Conveniently located next to small store/deli. for a cold drink or a bite to eat.
Country side living, yet close in to all the Plants for contract workers, and/or people coming to the beach for fun and fishing. Near by is the San Bernard and Brazos river for kayaking, boating, and fishing. Several Wildlife refuges for seasonal hunting near by.
