Eighty Spaces, (30 x 62 ft) with city water, sewer, and fire protection. Thirty and fifty amp electric service, trash removal and wi-fi. Located near the baseball fields, one-half mile south of Highway 140 on Roberta Ave. and just under one mile west of Highway 395 on South 3rd street below the High School and Junior College in Lakeview, Oregon.

Space rent is $28 per night, $175 per week, and $600 per month for RV space and Tiny Home space. We have lots for sale at $15,000 each with a discount for the purchase of two. Lakeview is a small, rural community on the Sunny Side of south Central Oregon almost on the California line. Lake County is known for its recreational pursuits from traditional hunting and fishing to great hiking and biking trails, skiing and snowmobiling. We have unique Federal Wildlife Refuges, rock-hounding, and unlimited Photographic opportunities!

Almost 80% of the 8,400 square miles in the County are owned by the government and we have about the same population.

Lake County sets at the edge of the Great Basin in the High Desert country known as Oregons Outback. Its moderate summer temperatures make it an ideal Roosting Place for Snow-Birds looking for a friendly location in the north country.Lakeview has great schools, a very modern medical facility with Mercy Flight access to the best treatment centers in Oregon. We have three banks, two credit unions, a great hardware store, nice local restaurants, a good Safeway store and a beautiful Historical Downtown.

Locals tell folks we are, Not in the middle of Nowhere, but you can see it from here! We have no McDonalds, Walmart, or Home Depot here with a population of about 2500, but good shopping is available about 95 miles to the west in Klamath Falls about an hour and a half away.

The facility was built about 6 years ago as a man-camp for a natural gas pipeline crew and was just opened to the public in August of last year.

The park is priced at about $4400 per space. This is way below the original cost of construction for sewer, water, power, city streets, and fire protection and leaves room for the investment in bathrooms, store, and/or a recreation building.
