The closest privately owned RV Park to the Talladega Superspeedway! GrandStand RV Park is in it’s 12th year of business and going strong! This RV Park is only open two weeks a year. However, it could be operated year round. There is opportunity for expansion on the propery or one could make their residence here and run the Park just two weeks a year.

Our RV Park sits on 6.43 acres adjacent to the Talladega Superspeedway (TSS) in the shadows of the Lincoln grandstand seating. Our access road parallels TSS property starting at the Motor Sports Hall of Fame and ending at the TSS tram stop. Upon entering our Park, one sees our office/bunkhouse with a large inviting patio. The office has a greeting/den area, kitchenette, full bathroom, washer & dryer, and large bedroom. Directly behind the office are two campsites with 50 amp electricity, water, and sewer connections. There is a large area between the office and main campground used for hospitality rental to businesses or for day car parking.

The main campground consists of 45 sites varying in size from 30'x50', 35'x55', and two pull-through sites that are 35'x110'. All of these sites have 50 amp electricity and water hook ups. There is a dump station at our exit.

Lastly, we have a storage building midway through the RV Park that houses our equipment to maintain the grounds. The zero-turn Kubota, John Deere tractor and attachments, and several other items will be included with the sale.
