This park is a family campground with generations of campers coming back to introduce children and grandchildren to camping fun and the outdoors.

We have 70 overnight sites and 86 seasonal sites for a total of 156 rentable sites. The campground is situated on a major river with over 1000 feet of a beautiful riverbank and is 5 minutes from a boat launch. We also rent both canoes and inner-tubes for short river journeys.

We are located just 30 minutes from 2 major cities and within 45 minutes of some major tourist areas in Iowa. Our current amenities include shaded sites complete with water and electric at each site as well as 75% sewer hookup at each overnight site. Of course our seasonal lots all have sewer and in addition, we have an onsite dump station. The seasonal lots also have individual electrical meters for direct customer billing. There are on-site showers with flush toilets and the sewers have all been upgraded in the last year.

There is an in-ground swimming pool with a game room and concessions stand and plenty of other things to keep kids busy like an 18-hole miniature golf course, playground, horseshoe pits, sand volleyball court and 31 acres of land to explore.

We have direct access to Interstate 80 and are across the street from HWH, one of the only installers of self-leveling jacks for campers in this entire region.

This campground has been privately, family-owned for almost 25 years and has a reputation for being a peaceful and fun campground that holds lots of activities on the weekends and holidays.

This sale will include many pieces of equipment necessary for keeping a park this size going. Finally, there is a beautiful 1800 sq. foot house that was built on the park in 1997 and can accommodate up to two families with separate living space.
