We are a rural RV park located in Chiloquin, Or. We are on the Williamson river a top ten trophy trout river with access to Klamath lake. We have 22 full hook up RV sites, 2 cabins that sleep 4+ we also have 3 mobile homes on the property. There is also a very nice triple wide mfg. home for the owner with the office inside. there is room to expand the park for more spaces also 2 30x30 quanset huts for storage and various other sheds. We have a public launch ramp on the river and are also located across the street from agency lake. We are the only park open year around so we have 12 months of income
