Newly built 68 Site RV Park and Campground....opened June 2009. The park sits on 10 acres that backs up to 40 acres of Federal Land. 23 FHU pull through sites (20/30/50 amp service) and 22 Water & Electric Back in sites (20/30 amp service, The pull through sites are 45 X 65 and the back in sites are 40 X 50 approximate. Each site has its own pedestal, picnic table and fire ring. The rv park/campground plans have been approved for 68 sites which include 6 aites for park models. 23 more FHU Back In sites completed October 2018 due to increased business...approximate size 45 x 75, The sites include 50 amp service with metered electric pedestals for monthly or seasonal rental..

The store office/store/finished garage is 30 X 46 with a private bathroom and laundry room. The work/storage garage is 24 X 24. The very modern bath house is 25 X 50 which includes private shower rooms for the campers, a laundry room, and 2 mechanical rooms. Spring of 2011 a 20 X 40 swimming pool was added that includes concrete decking, aluminum fencing, pool equipment, pool chairs and lounges plus a 8 X 12 ranch style storage building. A 10 X 16 X 10ft high storage barn added 2015. The play area consists of volleyball, basketball, tetherball, horseshoes, soccer area and swings. Pickleball Court added 2017. The area is well known for canoeing, hunting, fishing, and many local festivals. ORV trails are accessible from the rv park/campground. Larger cities are 20-60 minutes away. The campground is open 4-15 to 10-15 but can be operated year round.

The county is known as Michigan's Outdoor Paradise with 300 miles of ATV/ORV trails, 300 miles of Snowmobile Trails, 156 lakes and 46 trout streams. Irons is a small country town...only an hour away from Traverse City which was voted the 3rd best city to live in in the USA.

Now is the time to consider owning the rvpark/campground for the 2019 season beginning April 15th. I will be happy to share other ideas for additional income for the campground. Great growth opportunity for the area.
