The store office/store/finished garage is 30 X 46 with a private bathroom and laundry room. The work/storage garage is 24 X 24. The very modern bath house is 25 X 50 which includes private shower rooms for the campers, a laundry room, and 2 mechanical rooms. Spring of 2011 a 20 X 40 swimming pool was added that includes concrete decking, aluminum fencing, pool equipment, pool chairs and lounges plus a 8 X 12 ranch style storage building. A 10 X 16 X 10ft high storage barn added 2015. The play area consists of volleyball, basketball, tetherball, horseshoes, soccer area and swings. Pickleball Court added 2017. The county is known as Michigan's Outdoor Paradise with 300 miles of ATV/ORV trails, 300 miles of Snowmobile Trails, 156 lakes and 46 trout streams. Irons is a small country town...only an hour away from Traverse City which was voted the 3rd best city to live in in the USA.
