The lot is located in the Ocean Resorts Co-op on North Hutchinson Island. It is a 2570 sq foot paver covered pad that is surrounded with landscaping and large enough to accommodate large RV or bus. It is has full hookups including electricity, water and sewer. Your rent includes electricity, water and garbage. The Co-op is gated and offers private beach access, pool, tennis courts, laundry facilities and marina. Please note: Rent is $1350 per month for peak season of November-March.
