What a great place for “snowbirds” to flock in the spring and summer months at this Good Sam rated park. We are a small 40 space mobile / rv park located in a small town in central Washington state in the heart of wheat country. Situated on highway 2 “we are on your way to everywhere” only 20 minutes to lake Roosevelt and an hour drive to Spokane for that major shopping experience. Spaces are paved for the rv with individual concrete patios and picnic tables.

Full hookups with 50, 30 and 20 amp service, the freshest coldest water you ever tasted and city sewer as well. Park has grass and trees throughout, on-site laundromat, showers and WiFi . The town is orv and golf cart friendly and speaking of friendly we suggest practicing your wave because you will use it a lot here. Services include local grocery, restaurants, golfing, swimming, pickle ball, city park, museums, local events almost weekly and much more.

You can’t find a safer area to take a walk, run, ride your bike or go exploring. Wildlife abounds in the area including pheasant, grouse, turkeys, deer, elk and even moose. Bird lovers will love the spotting and viewing opportunities locally and throughout the surrounding scablands.
