Lot is landscaped, pad has brick pavers, full grown palm trees plus other shrubs and flowers. This lot is rented exclusively to class A motor coaches. The lot is located on the perimeter adjacent to many trees, and very private.
Pets are welcome and safe with an Invisible Fence.

The clubhouse is beautiful a nice big pool, hot tub, very nice gym, laundry, theater, business office for your free personal use, and a private lake for your fishing and boating enjoyment. Resort is located in central Florida 25 minutes from Disney, Legoland (Winter Haven) and most Orlando attractions. Tampa and Daytona Beach are less than an hour away. Winter Rates (November thru April) are as follows, $75.00 daily (3 DAY MINIMUM), $425.00 weekly and $1400.00 monthly. Long term winter rental (3 to 6 months) reduced to $1300.00 per month. We also have reduced summer rates (MAY thru October) as follows, $60.00 daily (3 DAY MINMUM), $350.00 weekly and $1200.00 monthly. All rates are for two people, additional persons are $10 per day per person. These rates include electric, water, sewer and sales tax.
