We are Mesa’s BEST KEPT SECRET. We are the newest and smallest 55 * RV and Park Model community. We have a very nice clean 62 site Park with larger lots. We are in a great location with easy access to the freeway, shopping, entertainment, casinos, hospitals and the airport.
We offer a heated pool and spa, fitness center, laundry facilities, clubhouse, and we have a security gate that closes nightly. Most of our winter visitors return year after year as they are very happy and feel at home in our resort.
We also offer a calendar of events throughout the winter season to help get everyone socialized with one another. We are a pet friendly park. We are a gated community, and our residents are great neighbors.
