Rent Lot 122 at gorgeous Pacific Shores Motor Coach Resort in Newport, Oregon for a month next summer.

From your front windshield, you will look through tall pine trees to the Pacific Ocean and Inn of the Spanish Head, 20 miles up the coast. There is a picnic table for your BBQ and a surrounding glass windbreak to protect your dining from the prevailing (north) summer winds. The lot is 40 x 80, so there is plenty of room for parking a tow vehicle in back of or beside your coach. Electric, water, sewer and cable are included with this rental fee. There is Wi-Fi in the park but the strongest signal is near or in the clubhouse.

Lot 122 is located across from the clubhouse which houses an indoor heated pool, Swedish sauna, large hot tub, showers, mirrored workout room and large-screen TV lounge area with a fireplace. Other amenities on the property include an outdoor swimming pool and sauna, pickleball court, dog park, walking paths to the beach and through the woods. Community social events and musical concerts occur often during the summer months.

Rent is designated for one couple in a Class A or C motor home in good condition that is 25’ or longer. Towables are not allowed. Additional overnight guests cost $5 per day each, with a limit of four additional individuals on the site. (Total of 6 occupants.) Renters must adhere to all resort policies in terms of facility use. Two small, well-behaved dogs may accompany renters. They must be leashed at all times outside the motor home and cannot be left to bark, whether inside or out. Their droppings must be picked up immediately, whether on the lot or throughout the park or area.

Guests on Lot 122 are expected to be good citizens of the Resort. The site must be kept clean and neat at all times. This means items on the site must be stowed each night and not allowed to clutter, whether pots, pans, crab pots, water bottles, food items, barbeques, toys and bicycles, etc. when not in use. Towels, clothes and swimming suits may not be hung over tables or rig mirrors to dry.

Payment must be made in advance by certified check. With your check, please include the required information: your mailing address, rig make and size and license number, tow car license, and arrival date. Upon checking into the park, you will need to show proof of insurance for your motor home and tow vehicle as well as a driver’s license. Because this is a highly sought-after rental lot, there will be no cancellations within a month of your arrival. The above information is necessary for check-in at the Pacific Shores Welcome Center and will be forwarded to management informing them of your arrival and departure.
