This is a gated resort in the North Georgia mountains with 6000 Acres, 84 miles of ATV trails, a white-water river, two swimming pools, a fishing pond, tennis courts, a children’s playground and secure boat storage for an additional fee of approximately $10/month. The POA fee is only $46/month, which pays for water, WIFI and lawn maintenance. My lot has a 20ft x 40ft concrete pad with an extra tall carport built to higher than normal standards. The RV lots are along curved roads with different orientations, and most lots are next to open fields or woods. The resort is located approximately 1 mile from Carters Lake, which is the cleanest and deepest lake in Georgia. There are hiking trails high above the lake and a marina with a small restaurant.
