This is the largest, premium lot in the complex. 5,690 sq. ft., it is a pie shaped lot. Block walls have been built on 2 sides of the lot, while the back remains unobstructed for better views. The lot is covered in gravel, pavers or concrete and fully landscaped with desert friendly plants. There is a drip system with programmable timers to the few trees or shrubs requiring more water, and you can set it to run for months at a time if you are away from the property. There is a very large ¾ bath in the back section, along with custom cabinetry and custom built desk with lots of storage. There are ceiling fans and abundant lighting in both living areas, as well as separate A/C heating units so you can set each section to your personal comfort level. The property is designed for easy living and low maintenance. You can park an RV on site next to the Casita or bring in Park Model if you prefer. You can live here year round or leave for months at a time, to return when your travels bring you “home”.

Nearby Sierra Vista or Tucson both have excellent private and VA Medical facilities. Benson also has a large selection of medical professionals and a small hospital. There is a Safeway and a Wal Mart in town.
