The building is divided into 2 separate living areas and can be shut one from the other by a pocket door. There is a very large ¾ bath in the back section, along with custom cabinetry and custom built desk with lots of storage. There are ceiling fans and abundant lighting in both living areas, as well as separate A/C heating units so you can set each section to your personal comfort level. The property is designed for easy living and low maintenance. You can park an RV on site next to the Casita or bring in Park Model if you prefer. You can live here year round or leave for months at a time, to return when your travels bring you “home”.
Nearby Sierra Vista or Tucson both have excellent private and VA Medical facilities. Benson also has a large selection of medical professionals and a small hospital. There is a Safeway and a Wal Mart in town.
