We are offering to rent our privately owned upgraded RV lot located within Latitude49 resort, a much-desired seaside resort community providing Safe and Secure GATED entry.

This is a large lot that easily accommodates most any size RV. Your RV must be less than 10 years old with a minimum length of 26 feet.
Well behaved animals welcome ... barkers or yappers will not be tolerated.

Monthly Rental includes:
Water/Sewer hook up
Gravel pad for your RV
Concrete Driveway... with ample room for your car and guest parking.
8x10 Storage Shed
30/50 amp Metered Electric is available, however, NOT included with the monthly rental fee. You will pay the electric company direct for your usage.

Latitude49 is located at:
4751 Birch Bay Lynden Rd. Blaine, Washington 98230.
Approximately 6 miles from the Canadian Border and 2 blocks from the beautiful beach at Birch Bay. Look at a map and follow US 5 North to the border. The very last town in the United States is Blaine, Washington.

Vancouver, British Columbia is only 30 to 60 minutes away. The time variable depends on the time of day and how busy they are at the border crossing.
If you want to go to British Columbia…..Don’t forget your Passports!
Sightseeing within 50 miles in any direction will be the catalyst to make you want to come back the following year.
The beach is within walking distance from this RV pad, and if you are brave enough to stand on top of your RV, you will see the water.
Fishing, boating and crabbing are what I love to do. And that is the whole purpose of why I return every summer to this area.
If you love to Golf…you will have found paradise. Two world-class courses and two public courses within five miles.
