We have also added a KitchenAid gas grill and 2 up cycled cruiser bikes for your enjoyment. The lot is in a small gated community of 31 lots and is only 600 yards (2 blocks) from public access to the beautiful white sandy beaches of Miramar Beach. Lil Sumpin has 30/50 amp, cable TV, water, Sewer and high speed internet. There is a community pool a few steps away. We are renting Monthly or possibly long term. Our rates start at $850/month plus electric for the winter season. 2 blocks away is the popular Pompano Joes Restaurant on the Beach. The Silver Sands Outlets are less than 3 miles away.
