Nice larger corner lot in dog friendly section of the park with plenty of yard space for your pups/cats. THIS IS A 55 AND OLDER COMMUNITY, which means 1 person staying on lot has to be 55 or older. There is a $150 registration fee (park rule). The lot includes water and sewer and you pay $150/mo for electric. If the bill is less than $150, you will be reimbursed with copy of bill of proof and if it is over $150 then I will request the difference to pay. Usually electric is higher is the summer months but usually $150 range. This park offers many amenities with some still working on from hurricanes. There are 2 pools, one larger and one smaller which is just steps away from this lot and is open. There is Pickleball, Tennis and Shuffleboard to enjoy. We are just 2 1/2 miles to the beautiful beaches of Fort Myers Beach, less than a mile to Bunche Beach and 2 miles from the causeway to Sanibel and Captiva Island. 3 beautiful beaches just minutes away.
