The property is in a gated community with several outdoor pools, a year round indoor pool and fitness area and many other owner amenities. The lot is level with POA property behind and on one side so no close neighbors and a nice view. The lot has water, sewer, and electric available and currently connected. The Camper is a 2008 30 foot model with a front bedroom in nice shape. No signs of any leaks ever. There is an equalizing hitch with the unit and a very nice electric tongue jack on the camper that is great to use when hitching up if you also plan to use the camper elsewhere.
I have had a place in the resort for years and enjoy the amenities and abundant wildlife. The deer are plentiful and very tame. I saw my first spotted baby deer of the season last week end!
Edit - Many have aske for the fee structure of the property. HOA annual fee is $667, Property tax is $50/year..Trailer does not require a current tag so there is no yearly cost for it unless you license it. Water is $25/ month for part time and $40/ month for full time and is un metered. Septic sewer is $0 but owners must chip in if repairs are needed. _ I have never needed repairs. Cable is not available but satellite and DSL internet are available from local providers.
