We have several RV lots available for rent in the Yakima, WA area!
These lots are located within our well-maintained and affordable mobile home communities in Yakima.

Full utility hook-ups for all lots. For some communities, rent partially includes water & sewer, all other utilities are tenant responsibility. More info on utilities will be given upon discussing intererest in lots.

Monthly lot rent for these lots will be $399 per month.

We do have a standard on the conditions of RV’s. Please send photos of your RV with your inquiry.

We allow pets, max 2 pets per home and 40 pounds or under for each.
